The organizer is now accepting the application for booths in "Japan Reptiles Show 2011". Read through the following exhibition guidance, complete the attached application form and fax it to the organizer's office of Japan Reptiles Show 2011.

Precautions on booth setup
- There is no restriction of height of an exhibit. (The ceiling is 13m high)
- Exhibits which threaten to violate Fire Service Law will be forbidden.
- Time to carry in or out exhibits must be strictly observed complying with organizer's instruction.
Carry-in: AUG 5 (Fri) from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
(The general setup of the hall may be practiced at same time as exhibitors' booth setup, then your cooperation in streamlining the process will be appreciated.)
Carry-out: August 7 (Sun), from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
- A vehicle is allowed into the hall to carry in or out exhibits, (provided up to10-tons truck.)
- Although the organizer takes all possible measures against crimes, valuables need to be self-controlled by individual exhibitor.
- Scraps and large size trash need to be taken back with exhibitors.
- The animals of CITES-I cannot be exhibited for sale.
- Some animals are specified by the Anti-Animal Abuse Law such as the following reptiles: These reptiles need to acquire a permit from agencies for exhibition. If you exhibit such reptiles, notify us of it when you apply for booths.
- Your application to the Shizuoka city government for a permit of animal dealer will be conducted by the organizer free of charge.
- Please be noted that all responsibilities related to laws and statutes in Japan will be ascribed to individual exhibitor.
Payment of booth fee
Telegram-transfer it to the following account by June 30 (THR).
If payment is not confirmed by the time, it will be deemed as cancellation.
After an exhibition participation contract has been completed, if the exhibitor gives it up, the fee will not be refunded.
